We are a UK based talent agency specialising in personal management for children and young people.  We are a Spotlight Registered Agency.

We represent our talented young performers with opportunities in Film, TV and theatre as well as commercial and voiceover work.  

We are a boutique agency, purposefully keeping our numbers low, we are unashamedly selective, taking on only the children and young people we believe have a good chance of securing paid work in the industry.  

Our co-founder Clare is the parent of a child in the industry so we really do understand the support families and children need as they start this journey, and through their time with us. We know it can be daunting for both the children and the parents. We are there to provide support to ensure the children to enjoy this experience and get all the help they need to be a star!

We are a small close knit team, working together daily on a range of projects, priding ourselves on maintaining professional friendly  working relationships with all of our clients and their families.
